1. Agreement Overview
This Terms and Conditions document represents a legally binding agreement between the customer (“Client”) and Classic SK Home, concerning the planning, construction, and delivery of residential or commercial buildings.
3. Quotation and Payments
- The quotation is based on current material and labor costs.
- Payment must be made in agreed-upon installments at key project milestones.
- Delay in payment may lead to project suspension and penalties.
- All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Timeline
- Estimated completion dates will be provided.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, legal, or governmental restrictions) are not the responsibility of Classic SK Home.
- Any client-requested design or material changes may affect the timeline.
5. Materials and Quality
- Classic SK Home ensures the use of quality materials as per the specification.
- Any specific brand or material requested by the client must be communicated in writing.
- Material shortages or changes in market availability may lead to substitutions of equal quality.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide access to the site and all necessary approvals or legal documents.
- Water and electricity for construction must be arranged by the client.
- Any delay due to client-side approval, site issues, or interference will not be the responsibility of Classic SK Home.
7. Warranty and Maintenance
- Structural work carries a 5-year limited warranty.
- No warranty on wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by natural disasters.
- Plumbing and electrical works carry a 1-year service warranty.
8. Legal Compliance
- All construction will follow local building codes and government norms.
- Classic SK Home will assist in obtaining approvals, but final responsibility lies with the client.
9. Termination
- The agreement can be terminated by either party with 15 days’ written notice.
- Costs incurred until the date of termination must be paid in full by the client.
10. Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation.
- If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
